I Found a New Boyfriend (pillow)
I did, I want to kick my old boyfriend (pillow) to the curb and welcome this dreamy guy into my future. Isn’t he handsome? My old boyfriend (pillow) only cuddled my back. My new guy takes care of my back, neck, and legs. He even holds my remote for me. He comes at quite a price though…$150 for the bed lounge & $80 for the leg lounger. I think he might be worth it.

My internet is going in and out…I am going to try to post quick while it is still working. And by working I mean at a snails pace. Painful.

Still Working on Goals
Ok, I guess I can call this New Year’s goal number 2. I like to be organized, but it takes diligence (and the right tools). I made huge improvements in this area last year and I would like to really bring it home this year! Here are my top 3 organizing tools from last year:
- The Mom Agenda Kitchen Folio – I really love this. It holds everything important in a pretty little leather folio. It has clear page protectors/dividers that keep school papers, schedules, phone numbers, web site passwords, and any other paper that needs saved. You can even download for free personalized pages to go in your own Kitchen Folio. This has been a huge convenience! My entire family knows to just flip open the Kitchen Folio if they are looking for something. Right now they are offering free shipping.
Personalized Wall Calendar – You simply put this decal ($18) on the inside of a picture frame. Now, your calendar is not only a piece of art, it is always there! I love the act of wiping away the old month and filling in the new one. I use Chalk Ink markers to give it color & flair. It is really big, which I love (it fits a 16×20 frame). Mine is in a more modern frame, but that is what I love about it….you can make it your own.
Gift Card Flat Wallet – I purchased one of these from Walgreens (I have also seen them at Hallmark) for under $5. I keep all of my gift cards in them. I use one side for store cards, and the other side for restaurant cards. This way, I don’t lose a card or forget to use one. They are all there and easy to access. Another plus, when I go out to a concert or travel I can just take the gift card wallet out of my purse…this way if I lose my purse I don’t lose my gift cards too.

I’m sorry I haven’t posted much this week. I have struggled. I struggled to find the perfect gifts for my sweet girls – but I did it. I struggled with trying to make this Christmas special & memorable for my family. This was a bit harder than shopping – lol! I have come to learn that not only is it important to be around people that you love during the holidays, but also people who love you back. I am lucky enough to so many friends that have all had a hand in making this Christmas special & memorable. I love you guys! Merry Christmas!
