Celtic Woman – Songs from the Heart. As a music mom, I get the chance to listen to music that I might never have been exposed to. I was so glad to have the opportunity to review this new CD. Both of my girls play the violin and it is so nice to be able to show them how versatile the instrument can be. Of course they have heard it in classical music and in country music…but this was really different. This music is beautiful. Really, really moves you. I have never heard Amazing Grace played like this before. They also play contemporary classics from Sting & Billy Joel. The CD appeals to all ages.
