Have you heard of Woolly Pockets? They are flexible wall pockets that you can plant in. Then you can hang your plant on a wall or fence, indoors or out. They have moisture protection built in so the water won’t drip on your floors. You can put them up in sets by overlapping the grommets when you hang them.
Fit Friday – Get Decked!
My Mom has been trying out Jillian Michaels Hot Bod In A Box workout cards. I am a big fan of using workout decks to get a no brainer workout in. They kind of remind me of using flash cards to memorize my times tables. You just flip through the cards and they tell you what to do, how to do it, and how many times you should complete the exercise. Her box of cards has 72 different exercises in it – enough to switch it up and make it interesting every time. I have also used Fit Deck and Sane Fit boxes of cards. They are both awesome! So if you want to start adding in different strength training workouts, just pick up a deck of workout cards…you can even do one or two cards during commercial breaks while you watch your favorite TV show.

I am a Good Morning America junky. I love drinking my coffee, getting my news, and seeing what the anchors are wearing. They always look so fresh and put together. Give and Take.
I like T-shirts a lot. Not boxy men’s shirts. Fitted cute tees. I found this company called Give and Take that has a line of shirts printed with logos for charity fund-raisers held in the 1970s and 1980s. How cool is that? Great fitted vintage shirts that actually promote a great cause. 20% of the proceeds of the shirts go to the organization for that particular shirt. You can buy them at many different stores around the country or online. Now you can look cool and give to charity at the same time!

Why should you carry your keys on a key ring when you can actually carry them on a key? It totally makes sense. You simply take this key ring and get your house key cut into it. Genius! Only $7 for two of them…cheaper than most key rings.
Fit Friday – Drink & Run (at the same time)
I live in the South….of course it is super hot down here. I still like running outside way more than using the dreadtreadmill. So I have to take water with me on my runs. I have a few different ways that I carry my water depending on how long my run will be. For my longest runs I wear a Fuel Belt. You just velcro it around your waist and it holds the bottle for you…another plus is that it has a little zipper pocket on it big enough for my cell phone. You can pick from one bottle or many bottle belts, one is fine for me right now.
This is my favorite…
For a shorter run I sometimes use a handheld water bottle holder. It loops over your hand and stays there….you don’t have to actually grip the bottle. If this one came in yellow it would look like you were holding a banana 
When I go to the gym, I carry my water bottle, keys, and ID in the Fitness Caddy. It is easy to carry around to the different weight stations and eliminates the hassle of going to the locker room.
