Oops…
I have nothing for you today! I spent much of yesterday at the Doctor’s office with my girls – they need lots of shot updates. Funny, I always thought shots would be easier for them as the got older…not so much. I had to get up early today to run to the hospital to get some lab work done on Riley…poor thing ended up tossing her cookies after they drew blood. I was hoping they would have some Nutter Butter’s laying around – nope. The Red Cross must have the market on those. Riley & I rocked out to our new Taylor Swift CD/DVD on the way to the hospital. It is a two disc set – one for viewing & one for listening.
Later today we are running around for last minute back to school stuff. Riley wants a messenger bag this year…she feels to old for her sturdy LL Bean backpack. If you are buying a backpack for your kids this year, consider LL Bean or Land’s End. They lasted all through Elementary School for both of my girls. Well worth the few extra bucks that they cost. You can choose from a variety of colors and even get a monogram on them.
Off to the store!
