Staycation Shopping.
Wanna feel like you are cruising around Europe with your friends & family? I found that by cruising the Dealtime UK site I sorta feel like I am walking in and out of every European shop (or would that be shoppe?). I love checking out the different offerings that are offered. My favorite category is the snack foods. They have the greatest snacks! You wouldn’t believe how many items they offer that you can’t get here in the United States. Some of the items are the same…just with a different name. They call potato chips crisps. Don’t skip the sweets section either…you know you want some yummy European Chocolate treat. Why not buy yourself a little UK yummy? Now, you could really go crazy and shop for something big and grand like Washing Machines. While they are really cute and small…watch out. You can’t plug them into your outlets 
You name it – toys, food, clothes, jewelry….they have it! So why not go on a staycation trip to Europe? Make yourself a nice cup of latte, put on your slippers, log on to the Dealtime UK site and pretend you are in a nice little cafe trying to decide what to put into your nice little flat in the city. You know you want to…

What do I love more than a monogram? Amazing monogrammers! Lucky me had the opportunity to meet one of the best monogrammers around. I’m talking about The Lawyer’s Wife. She rocks. I mean really rocks. Lucky for you…she just launched a brand spanking new website…and you can buy all of her fabulous monogrammed goodies. It gets better. What have I been doing?
I know I have been short and sweet with my posts last week…I have been out of town! We were visiting my parents in Texas and returned last night. So here is my katyshops recap…
READING – The best book EVER! I just finished reading Bitter is the New Black by Jen Lancaster. Awesome! I highly reccommend this to everyone. You can check out her blog too…
TASTING – Stampede Vitamin beer. Seriously. Vitamin beer. I ran a 5K race with my mom & my sister on Saturday and they actually were handing out ice cold Stampede beers at the finish! My kind of race. I wish I could get my hands on some in Georgia…it was awesome (and healthy too)! Who knew beer tasted so good at 8:30 in the morning?
TURNING – 40. yep. The big 4-0. I entered the club on Saturday. Do I sound older in my blog?
WISHING – I had a Jamba Juice close to me. I tried it for the first time and loved it. The perfect afternoon pick me up after downing 3 Stampede beers before 9 am. If you are lucky enough to live near one you can print out a BOGO coupon and treat your friend to a little Jamba.
TIVOing – Big Brother 10. Its debut was last week and I have not had a chance to watch any of the episodes yet! It seems like they are on every other day. I could probably spend an entire day getting caught up. My girls are leaving for NYC on Saturday (for eight whole days)….I know what I will be doing on Sunday:)
AVOIDING – Unpacking. Ugh! Then packing the girls back up.
LISTENING – To the Bull. 94.9. My good friend Kristen Gates starts tomorrow morning. Yay! We can all listen to her in the morning again. One more reason not to hit the snooze button.

I love this Squirrel Feeder! I would love to have a few of these in the yard…they remind me of the corn fields in Illinois. The rodents in my yard would have a blast with these.
