Have you read a good book lately?
I have not been taking the time to read lately. It seems like I always have a million and one things to get done…or I am obsessed with improving my brain age on the Nintendo DS. I have a few that I want to read…
A Most Uncommon Degree of Popularity by Kathleen Gilles Seidel has been recommended for all mothers of little girls. Especially those with middle school daughters…or really any of us moms…we were all in middle school once. We all know how mean girls can be. This is on my list of books to buy…or borrow…anybody have it?
Update: I just finished reading this book and loooved it. Anyone with girls can totally relate to the main character. An awesome quick read.
Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert. You must live under a rock if you haven’t heard of this one. I have it…just haven’t started it yet. I have read so many great things about it…I need to read this one before I buy anymore books!
Water For Elephants by Sara Gruen. I can’t find a bad review on this one. Read the reviews on Amazon…it seems to speak for itself.
One Hundred Years Of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Another one that has been on my list for a while. Again, great reviews.
