Looks Like Spring
I feel alive! The trees are blooming! Could it be……..Spring? I hope so.
Yesterday my youngest daughter was feeling a little under the weather when she woke up at 6A.M. (who isn’t feeling sick that early in the morning) so I decided to keep her home with me. Well, by 9:00 it was clear she wasn’t sick. I decided to keep her with me for the day – kinda like the good old days. We had to run some errands ~ get the car checked, groceries, etc. We ended up having a girls lunch at a place that I have been wanting to try – Five Guys Burger & Fries. Yummy! Every now and again your body needs a really good burger. After loading up on food that we probably should not be eating we stopped in to Trader Joe’s to pick up some food that is actually good for us. I love the Veggie & Flaxseed Tortilla Chips! They are oh so good to eat and oh so good for your body! If you live anywhere remotely close to one of these stores you just gotta go visit. In all, I had a great time eating and shopping with my daughter!
Being the purse junkie that I am makes this next confession really hard. I’m actually thinking of getting a fake (they like to call them replica) Coach bag. GASP. There, I said it. I had a friend call me the other day asking for a little research on the subject and I have to admit there is some nice stuff out there! One of the sites that impressed me was Bagflix. Just an idea~no commitment yet. Let me know if you have any experience in faux handbags.
Have you ever been tempted to get one of those chocolate fountain things? Usually they are kind of expensive (start at $49.99). I found this one for only $10.99! Now you won’t feel so bad if you only use it a few times. Might be handy for a party.
Last one…Emily this is for you! I found cow spot stickers! On sale too! Now you can turn anything you own into your own cowhide object of beauty. Now that should put you in a good “mooooooood”.
